Shipping Policy

We are pleased to offer free shipping on orders over $100! However, please note that this offer does not apply to orders exceeding 10 pounds in total weight.

Free Shipping Details:

Eligibility: Orders with a subtotal of $100 or more qualify for free shipping.

Weight Restriction: Free shipping is only available for orders weighing 10 pounds or less. Orders exceeding 10 pounds will incur shipping charges.

If your order exceeds the weight limit, shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the total weight and destination.

All orders will be shipped within two business days of order placement. We determine the most efficient shipping carrier for your order. The carrier that may be used is United Parcel Service (UPS).

We only ship to addresses within the United States and to the billing customer address or shipping address, we cannot ship to  P.O. boxes. Tracking information will be provided immediately upon shipment. Shipping charges may be subject to sales tax depending on the tax laws of the state the order is being shipped. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

We are not responsible for shipping delays that are a result of credit card/billing problems, product availability delays, or order changes made after the order has been placed.

All customers with pick-up orders, available for store pickup, will receive a notification on the day their order is ready for pick-up. Some orders will be available after 11:00 am on the next business day at the specified No Boundaries Sport Store. The person who made the purchase must pick up the order, presenting their ID and the credit card used for the purchase upon collection. Under no circumstances do we deliver pick-up purchase orders to third parties.
