The Blackburn Outpost Elite Handlebar Roll and Dry Bag is a two-part bikepacking system designed for expedition riding. Part one is a fixed mount with an angle-adjusting alloy faceplate and harness that secures under handlebars (25.4–35 mm diameter). Part two is a welded-seam, waterproof dry bag with a scuba-style bleed valve, MOLLE straps, and elastic cordage for external gear. The 14 L capacity bag distributes weight evenly, works with flat, riser, or drop bars (not recommended for carbon), and detaches for easy loading and off-bike transport.
